SubTracks, operated by Mohammed Moshii, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net using the email address on your order, or contact our support team and we will help you start the request.
What's Covered
The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases of monthly and annual SubTracks plans. Refunds for renewal cycles outside the 30-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with the Paddle Refund Policy.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your SubTracks settings or via your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
