SubTracks, operated by Mohammed Moshii, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team from the email address on your account and include the USDT transaction id (hash) of the payment you'd like refunded. We'll send the refund back to the originating wallet address.
What's Covered
The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases of monthly and annual SubTracks plans. Requests outside the 30-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are sent back as USDT (TRC20) to the wallet address that made the original payment, usually within 1–3 business days.
Cancellation
Subscriptions don't auto-renew — each plan is a one-time USDT payment that grants access for the billing period you purchased. You can stop using the Service at any time; access ends at the end of the period you paid for.
